Overview
7 days travel route through Morocco from Tangier via the Moroccan Sahara Desert, including Fez, the Rif Atlas Mountains and the Merzouga desert with camel ride. This tour also includes a visit to Fossils in Erfoud, Kasbahs in Ouarzazate and film studios, tourist attractions in Marrakech, guided tour of the city.
Itinerary
From the Tangier airport or hotel, we pick you up and start driving through the Rif Mountains and the city of Tetouan to enjoy the views of the beautiful mountains and the Mediterranean coast of northern Morocco until we reach Chefchaouen, one of the impressive towns at the foot of the Rif Mountains, Chefchaouen Medina (old part of the city), with its blue color, becomes one of the best cities to visit in Morocco, surrounded by many arts, craft shops, restaurants in the square and cafes.

After breakfast at the Riad, our journey begins towards Volubilis, crossing the Rif Mountains and a beautiful oak forest, we will stop at Volubilis to discover the Roman ruins and learn about Moroccan history from BC, then we will drive to the city of Meknes (founded in the 17th century) where we will stop for lunch, In the afternoon it is time to visit the historical sites of Medina, such as Bab el Mansour, the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. Later we head to the city of Fez, where we will spend the night.

At 9:30 am, after breakfast, we will begin our guided tour of the medina.
The medina of Fez, was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1981 and is one of the largest walled cities in the world. It was founded in the year 790 AD. We will be discovering and walking through the narrow streets full of shops with fresh fruit, a great variety of spices, Berber carpets and many other objects of Moroccan art.
We will visit the Royal Palace, the tanners, the potters and also the oldest university in the world, (Karaouiyne Mosque and University) created before Oxford and the Sorbonne.
We will have lunch in the center of the medina, in a typical restaurant. After lunch we will complete the visit to the medina and return to your hotel around 4:00 pm.
Departure in the morning after breakfast, we start the day towards the Sahara from the Riad, crossing near the Ifrane National Park. We will make a break in the city of Ifrane, to enjoy its beauty and take memorable photos, then we will head towards Azrou to see the monkeys / Berber monkeys in the cedar forest and then we will continue to Midelt for lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon, we will cross the Tizi N Telghomt pass, which is 1907 meters high, to reach Errachidia while admiring the views of the ZiZ gorges, which offer incredible photographic opportunities. Later we will make a stop at a panoramic view of the ZiZ valley. The journey continues to Merzouga passing through Aoufous and Erfoud, as soon as we reach the erg Chebbi dunes, we prepare for the experience of riding camels in the dunes for an hour and a half to enjoy the spectacular sunset, and spend a night under a blanket of stars also a show of our traditional Tuareg music. Accommodation tents/dinner/breakfast.
If you get up early enough, the Sahara desert offers an incredible sunrise. Afterwards, you can calmly return by camel to your hotel at the edge of the dunes, and appreciate the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi dunes with the first lights. After breakfast and shower, we will leave for the Toudra Gorges, known as an important destination for climbers. The highest and narrowest gorges in the west in Morocco, where we can walk a bit before heading to the Dades Valley.

After breakfast, we start the journey towards the valley of the roses that bloom in April, and we move to the palm trees of Skoura, where the architecture of the Kasbhas extends to the shade of the palm trees. We will stop in the city of Ouarzazate to take a picture of the Kas bah de Taourirt, as well as the film studios that are the most important lights of the city of Ouarzazate. Then we head to Ksar Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the most visited sight in the south; after the visit and lunch, we take the road again crossing the High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi N'Tichka pass (2260 meters).
Arriving in Marrakech in the afternoon at 6:00 pm.
After breakfast, we will begin our visit. Marrakech was founded in 1062, has numerous monuments that are a World Heritage Site and is one of the four imperial cities of Morocco, along with Marrakech Meknes Fez and Rabat. It is a city of contrasts. Its bustling streets and labyrinthine souks (traditional markets) contrast with the calm of its Riads and the tranquility of its gardens.
We will begin our tour of Marrakech with a local guide who will take you to discover the secrets of the second oldest city in Morocco.
We will visit:
• The Koutoubia Mosque: The minaret of this famous mosque is the great symbol of Marrakech. It is also the tallest building in the city, and can be seen from various points in the capital.
• Djemaa el-Fnaa Square: This is the main square of the city, where you can find everything: street food stalls, cafes with chic terraces, stalls with games/juices, henna tattoo artists, snake charmers, musicians, dancers and much more.
• The Bahia Palace: Built in the late 19th century, with the intention of being the largest palace of all time.
• We will also enter the Medina and wander through the labyrinthine alleyways that form the famous Marrakech souk.
In the afternoon or after lunch, we will transfer you to the airport 2 hours before your flight back.
